Griffin

Griffin is an older kitten who came to us from a colony so he’s especially fond of other cats. He’s a sweet, trusting boy with a loving nature.

When you take him home Griffin might give you the impression that he has settled in very quickly, but trust us, he needs to be kept in his safe room for as long as you can. If you let him into the rest of the house too early he will be super active, rush around with pent up energy like a tornado, get under everyone’s feet and annoy everyone. On the other hand if you give him time to settle in to his own room when he feels safe, he will reveal his true personality – affectionate, cuddly, and incredibly smoochy.

If you’re looking for a kind-hearted kitten who will thrive with feline companions and become a devoted little friend, Griffin might be the one for you. He is best suited to a quiet adult only home or one with children over 12.

Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven, with all proceeds going into saving animals and caring for them until they find loving homes.
