About Margot - 9 Week Old Staffy X Boston Terrier
🐾 Meet Margot – Your New Best Friend!🐾
Sweet, spunky, and irresistibly squishy – Margot is a cuddly ball of sunshine with beautiful, soulful eyes and rolls for days!
💙 Friendly & Fun:
Margot is a social butterfly who adores making new friends – both human and canine! Whether she’s romping around the garden, playing tug-o-war, or wrestling with her foster siblings, she’s always up for a good time.
💡 Smart & Eager to Learn:
This clever cookie is already using the doggy door and making great progress with her toilet training. She’s picking up basic commands like sit, come, and wait – especially when treats are on the line! Margot thrives on positive reinforcement and is eager to please.
🛌 Nap Queen & Crate Comforter:
When playtime is over, Margot happily curls up in your lap or her crate – her cozy, secure little sanctuary. She’s crate-trained and sleeps indoors, close to her people, where she feels safe and warm.
✨ Bursting with Personality:
Margot is equal parts joy, sass, and cuddle bug. From chasing balls and chewing her favorite toys, to snuggling up for quiet moments, she’s guaranteed to steal your heart and light up your home.
Margot is waiting to melt your heart and complete your family. 💕
Margot will grow up to be a medium to large dog. You will need at least 5ft solid fencing, with no gaps (rural and mesh fencing will not be accepted). Due to her age, Margot will need someone home most of the time. She would love to live with people who welcome her inside, and she will need to sleep inside at least until fully grown.
Margot will be a wonderful family dog for those with children above 6 years old, and will need a family committed to teaching her excellent manners (including not jumping). We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life.
Margot’s siblings Agnus and Edith will also available for adoption with Dog Rescue Newcastle.
Her adoption fee is $800 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Margot is in foster care in Bolwarra Heights, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast, and Sydney. She’ll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when 5 to 6 months old.
