🐾 About Bear:
Meet Bear – the largest in his litter and a calm, confident little guy with the body of a rugby player and the soul of a teddy bear. He’s a super chill, low-maintenance kitten who brings a perfect mix of cuddles, independence, and playfulness.
Bear is a food-motivated boy who's already showing signs of being highly trainable. He’s learned to sit patiently during meal prep and enjoys structured playtime with his foster dad – especially games of hide and seek! With his relaxed temperament, Bear is the type of kitten who can seamlessly adapt to various homes and routines.
He’s cat-friendly, especially fond of gentle rough-and-tumble play with his foster brothers, but could also thrive as a solo cat in a home that offers him love, games, and cuddles. He’s even started learning to walk on a harness!

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $325
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a $35 lifetime registration fee on top of the adoption price.
