Billy

I am trying a new home to see if i like it. Billy is a very handsome looking boy who is friendly, happy and is an absolute smoocher! he just loves to snuggle up on your lap and will sleep there for as long as you’ll let him without moving a muscle. Billy is well behaved in the house, is house trained and uses the doggy door well. He’s excellent with his foster carer's children who are 6 and 8 years and if things get too rowdy for him he just puts himself to bed where he also sleeps the whole night through without a peep! billy understands and follows basic commands such as 'sit' and 'stay' and will do this if being offered food by hand which he always takes gently. He is very bright and quick to learn and, in less than a week, was retrained not to get on the lounge. What a smart boy! billy enjoys outings and gets very excited when he sees his lead appear. He travels well in the car but hasn’t been walked on the lead much so needs a little more practice. Billy is comfortable around other dogs of all sizes and would suit a variety of households however would be better suited to a family with kids over 8 years due to his tiny size. Billy would be happiest with someone who is home most of the time but would cope ok with a part time worker if he had another little doggy friend for company. Billy is going to make a wonderful companion to a very lucky someone! he is a house dog and has a high maintenance coat that will require regular grooming and clipping to keep him looking lovely. Billy comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $500 and is not available for adoption outside nsw.
