Ruby is a bright, responsive dog with a playful spirit and a real talent for learning. She's got a fun, quirky side too. One of her favorite things is carrying as many toys in her mouth as she can manage at once!

Ruby is highly trainable and thrives on positive reinforcement, making her a great match for someone who enjoys working with dogs and is committed to ongoing training.

She's currently working on building her confidence, particularly around handling, and can become easily aroused in stimulating situations. Because of this, she'll need a patient and understanding home that can provide consistent guidance and support to help her feel safe and secure.

Ruby would be best suited to a home with secondary school-aged children or older and could really benefit from living with another calm, friendly dog who can help model good behavior and offer companionship.

With the right environment and support, Ruby has so much potential to grow into a wonderful, well-rounded companion. She's already made great progress and is ready to continue that journey with a family who will champion her every step of the way.
