Squirtle

Have you ever met a dog and thought if I didn't have so many already she would be coming home with me? That's the effect that Squirtle has on you!

This little miss was surrendered to the shelter due to a change in her owners living circumstances but I get the feeling that their loss is going to be your gain because this gal is the complete package.

She's sweet, smart and pretty. She's lived with kids, dogs, ducks and chickens in her previous home. She's crate trained. She loves attention and just delights in learning new things and pleasing you. Yes she will occasionally wee when she's excited and she may chew up a thing or two but honestly, she's a 7 month old kelpie and she needs ongoing training and enrichment.

Squirtle would be suited to a home with kids and maybe even another dog but she can be a touch worried about new dogs so will need a meet and greet with them to make sure she is happy and confident with her new friends.

This girl has heard the saying that dogs are a man's best friend and she simply can't wait to find her best friend too.
