Introducing the delightful Dexter!

Dexter is a lovely young German Shepherd mix that came into the shelter as a stray with his sister Jelly. Neither pup was reclaimed by their owners and are now ready to find their perfect forever home.

Although Dexter has no basic skills yet he loves being with people and is super eager to both learn and please you. No matter where you are you will always find him watching you, waiting to see what you want from him.

He's the calmer of the 2 siblings and the staff thinks he's both super smart and very handsome although he still needs to grow into his gigantic ears.

Dexter is a gentle soul and will be well suited to most homes. We think he would love to live with a family and welcome people with both other dogs, or kids to come in and meet him.

Although he is only 13.7kg now he has some growing to do and we expect he will end up being a medium to large sized dog. His background is a mystery to us and we have no idea what he might be crossed with but if you adopt you can always get a DNA yest to find out!
