Louie is the cutest little gentleman with a heart as soft as his fluffy coat. This boy is an absolute dream — friendly with everyone he meets and gentle with all creatures big and small. Whether it’s people, dogs, or other animals, Louie is happy to make friends.
He isn’t snappy, reactive, or rude — just polite, well-mannered, and eager to please. He listens when he’s told no and takes gentle redirection like a champ. He’s also crate trained overnight and has the most adorable bedtime routine. Say the word “snackies”, and he trots right into his crate like the clever boy he is — as long as you have a little treat ready, of course!
Louie will be the perfect little companion for almost any kind of home. If you're after a well-behaved, affectionate, and low-fuss sidekick who’s guaranteed to make you smile every day, Louie is your guy.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
