About Cosmo
Meet Cosmo — soft heart, quiet soul
Approx 5 month old | Male
Cosmo was on the euthanasia list when we stepped in to give him a second chance at life. He came into care completely shut down, overwhelmed and unsure if the world had anything kind left to offer. Slowly, with time and love, Cosmo is learning to trust again.
He is shy and still building his confidence, but he watches everything with curiosity. He enjoys the company of other cats and finds comfort in being around them. A home with another friendly, gentle cat would help him feel safe and supported.
Cosmo would love a quiet home with calm, older children or adults who understand that the best things in life take time. With patience and consistency, he will reward his forever family with loyalty, quiet affection, and the joy of watching him learn to feel safe again.
This boy has been through a lot in his short life, but he’s worth every moment of care and patience.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
