Meet Becky — 2 years old
Cattle Dog x Kelpie
Becky is one of those special souls who captures your heart the moment you meet her.
At just 2 years old, Becky found herself on a euthanasia list through no fault of her own — young, healthy, and with so much love to give. We’re incredibly grateful we were able to step in just in time and give her the second chance she truly deserves.
She’s absolutely stunning with her sleek coat, expressive eyes, and that beautiful Kelpie-Cattle Dog blend of intelligence and heart. But what makes Becky really shine is her personality. She is sweet, loving, playful, and so full of joy. She adores being around other dogs and would absolutely thrive in a home with a doggy companion to run and play with. She’s also completely fine with cats, showing how balanced and adaptable she is.
Despite all the changes and uncertainty in her short life, Becky has remained brave and kind. She is a fast learner and is picking up her manners more and more every day. Whether it’s sitting politely for treats, walking nicely on lead, or soaking up affection from her foster family — she’s eager to please and always gives her best.
Becky would suit many types of homes, especially those who understand the energy and intelligence of working breeds. She’s ready for adventures, cuddles on the couch, and a life full of connection and security.
Her resilience and gentle spirit are nothing short of inspiring. All she needs now is a family who will never let her go — who will treasure her the way she’s always deserved.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
