NOTE: You are unable to meet Lance until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Lance in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family not left outside 24/7 with no interaction
• It appears I haven't had a lot of experience hanging out with other dogs. I Will need to be an only dog in the home.
• I am still a big puppy, so I will behave like one, I am nippy and bouncy when excited. Please don’t apply for me if you are not willing to put in the effort to train me to grow up to be a well behaved and social dog.
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• Being an active breed I have a lot of energy so an active family is a must!
• SOCIALISATION is as important as training a puppy. Taking me to lots of different places, meeting lots of people (children, men, woman etc) and meeting lots of dogs and other animals will ensure I grow into a social and well adjusted dog.
• kids under 12 years old as I am nippy, mouthy and bouncy (excited puppy behaviour but due to my size this may hurt younger children)
• Cats or small animals as I find them fun to chase

My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated
• I can sit
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Exuberant & full of beans

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I will require further basic training as I've had no training experience yet other than how to sit.
• I love my food so using them as a positive reward should make my training easier.
• It appears I haven’t had much socialisation with other dogs so I will need regular positive interactions with other dogs especially while I’m still young enough to learn manners.
