Meet Blankie, a sweet and gentle girl waiting her turn to find her new home.

Blankie came into us super scared and timid. She would hide under her blankets in the back of her condo hoping she could be left alone because she was so unsure of what was happening in her small world.

We gave Blankie lots of time and patience to settle here in her own time and noticed that she actually didn't mind a gentle pat or even being picked up. We realised under this scared and tough exterior was a sweet cat wanting to trust people but struggling to do so. We took it slow with her and did things at her pace and she started feeling safe enough to greet us and let us give her pats and affection, which she gladly returned.

Blankie has gained so much confidence and is much more trusting of new people now and is absolutely ready to find her people and finally settle into a new home forever where she can show what a sweet and loving cat she is.
