About Ali
Ali is a lovely 7-year-old kelpie with a gentle nature and a big heart. After a busy working life, she’s now enjoying a slower pace, but still has plenty of energy and enthusiasm—especially when it’s time for a walk.
She has the most gorgeous, lush, soft coat and is always up for a cuddle. A bit of a sook at heart, Ali loves being close to her people and will happily seek out affection and company. She gets along well with other dogs but would also be very content in a home where she receives lots of human attention.
Ali hasn’t had a lot of exposure to different environments or social experiences, so new situations may take her a little while to adjust to. She would benefit from a calm, predictable routine—something that will quickly become familiar and comforting for both her and her new people.
Ali will also need consistent and ongoing training to help her build confidence and learn what’s expected of her in a home setting. She responds well to gentle guidance and will thrive with patient, steady support.
Quiet, friendly, and affectionate, Ali has a calm, steady presence that makes her a wonderful companion. She’s happiest when she’s by your side—whether out on a walk or curled up nearby for a nap.
Ali is located in VIC.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
