Leon

Leon is a young Bull Breed mix with a big heart and lots of love to give once he feels safe and comfortable with you. He can be a little shy at first, especially around new people, but with patience, kindness, and a predictable routine, he opens up quickly and shows his goofy, affectionate side!

Leon LOVES treats and toys, which makes training a lot of fun! He already knows a few commands like "sit" and "drop," but he can be strong on the leash and a bit all over the place when excited. He'll thrive with ongoing training and routine walks that help him decompress.

The best home for Leon would be a calm, experienced one where he can feel safe and build confidence at his own pace. He needs a consistent routine and patient humans who understand that he may take time to adjust to new places and people. Leon is not comfortable around other dogs right now. He can be fearful of them, so he's not a good fit for dog parks or off-leash areas. With the right guidance and support from a force-free trainer, he has the potential to improve over time.

If you're looking for a loyal companion and are ready to help a deserving dog grow into his best self, Leon might just be your perfect match.

Adopt Leon for only $50 during our Adoptabull campaign! From 19 September to 5 October, all bull breed dogs have reduced adoption fees to help get them out of the shelter and into loving homes.
