Hi there, I'm Nikita - a sweet, bashful little lady looking for a new forever home to call my own. I was very loved in my previous home, but sadly my person could no longer take care of me. I'm a loyal companion through and through, and I'm at my happiest when I'm close to my humans. I'd really love to find someone who's home most of the time-I can get a bit anxious when left alone, and I might bark if I'm feeling unsure.

My absolute favorite thing? Sniffari walks! There's nothing better than taking a slow stroll and sniffing all the interesting smells! When I'm ready to chill out, I love to sploot on the floor nearby and just be close to you. And if I feel like I need a little love? You'll feel my dainty paws tap you on the arm to politely ask for attention.

I can be a bit shy at first, especially around loud noises or new people. But if you let me take my time and come to you when I'm ready, I warm up pretty quickly.

I'd do best with quiet, older kids who can read my body language and help me feel safe and supported. I've lived with a small Pomeranian before, and I think I'd love having a kind and gentle doggie friend to keep me company-just make sure we meet first to be sure we get along.
