Hi, I’m Matilda, and I’m ready to go waltzing off into my forever home!

I’m nearly 4 years old and have the prettiest fawn and white coat you’ve ever seen. It’s silky soft and made for patting - lucky for me, because I’m a total people-person (well, dog!) and will soak up every pat and scritch you have to offer. I absolutely adore humans. Big, small, I love them all! I’m good with kids (over 5, please) and would thrive in a home where I’m part of the family.

When it comes to other dogs, I’m calm and gentle, but I can be a little shy. While I’m still building my confidence with canine friends, I’d do best as the only dog in the home - more love for me, and more love for you!

I’ve got so much affection to give and will be the most loyal, loving companion. We’ll have so much fun together: going for walks, playing in the garden (you should see my ninja roll!), or curling up on the couch for a snuggle.

If you’re looking for a gentle soul with a soft coat and a big heart, I might just be your girl.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
