Marley (crackling)

Hi! I'm Crackling - yes, like the crispy stuff, and yes, I'm just as tasty (well, not literally... please don't try to eat me). I'm 8.5 years old, but don't let the number fool you - I've still got plenty of zoom left in me and a tail that never stops wagging.

I'm what you'd call a classic Golden: loyal, goofy, affectionate, and always ready for a cuddle or a game of fetch. I love people - especially the slightly older kiddos who know how to toss a ball without bonking me on the head. I've got a big heart and a whole lot of love to give... I just prefer not to share it with other dogs. I'm a one-dog-show, thank you very much!

Now, let's talk about my distinguished gentleman side: I'm on some medication for arthritis and skin allergies - nothing wild, just part of keeping me comfy and happy. I'm still active, playful, and enjoy my walks, but I appreciate a soft bed and a little help getting up sometimes (a ramp or some stairs would be very classy, don't you think?).

I'm looking for a home where I can be the center of your universe - no other dogs, but all the love, treats, and belly rubs you've got. In return, I promise loyalty, laughter, and a heart bigger than my fluffy paws.
