About Albi
Name: Albi
Age: Forever fabulous
Breed: Tabby with a touch of teddy bear
Occupation: Head of the Smooch Department
Bio:
Meet Albi - a gloriously chunky tabby boy with a heart as big as his belly. He's not just a cat; he's a full-time snuggle ambassador and part-time dramatic soprano.
Albi specializes in maximum smooch delivery: head butts, nose boops, and full-body flops directly onto your keyboard, book, or soul.
His purr can be heard three rooms away, and he will sing you the song of his people (translation: "please look at me, I'm cute") if he feels even one second of neglect.
He's got that classic tabby charm, wrapped in a plush, slightly squishy package. He may not be built for speed, but who needs cardio when you're this adorable?
Likes:
Being told he's handsome (he already knows, but still)
Sunbeams
Following you around like a fluffy shadow
Meowing until he gets pets
More meowing, just to be safe
Dislikes:
Being ignored
Empty food bowls
Closed doors (he knows you're in there)
If you're looking for a smoochy, chunky cuddle buddy with top-tier meows and a face that says "feed me and love me forever," Albi is your guy.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
