If you can see past his dashing good looks and gangster underbite, you’ll find that Mijo is a sweet, energetic and courageous little guy.
His most favourite activity is feverishly chasing birds in the backyard and no hedge or shrub will get in his way. Surprisingly aerodynamic for a dog of 4kg, he has springs for legs. He also loves laying on the couch in full sploot mode for a snooze or will happily sit in your lap and take all the pats he can get.
He is a great little guard dog and will alert you to any foreign sounds with a flurry of barking but outside this he isn’t really a big yapper.
He loves stuffed toys and will steal your slippers!
Mijo can take a moment to warm up to new dogs but is very dog friendly and keeps up with the dogs here which are more than twice his size. He would love a doggy playmate in his forever home.
Out and about on the lead, he has a lot to learn eg: how to walk in a straight line 🙃 so he will require continued training in this area. Toilet training is also a work in progress however now that he’s been desexed, we feel this will help move things along in the right direction.

Medical notes
Poor Mijo suffers from severe car sickness. He drools excessively and will vomit on car rides. Not giving a meal on the day of travel seems to help with the vomiting however the excess saliva remains.
