About Hugo
Meet Hugo
Hugo is an 8 week old gorgeous Maltese Shihtzu.
Hugo is the sweetest little boy you could ever meet. He just loves to cuddle and is forever wagging his little tail and giving kisses. Hugo is very curious and loves to explore. He loves to run around the sanctuary with all of his little pals and loves nothing more than a big snuggle with his human after a big play.
Hugo has had his first visit to the vet and has his microchip and first vaccination. Hugo does have an overbite and may need teeth removed with age. He is regularly wormed and will be desexed at 6 months of age under the direction of our vet.
Hugo is ready to find his forever family now so please only enquire if you are ready to welcome him into you home now.

ADOPTION PROCESS:

What does this mean?
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
3. 7 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from Waggy Tails.
4. Adoption is finalised after 7 day trial, Ownership and Microchip paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this may take up to 4 weeks dependent on microchip paperwork. If for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to Waggy Tails the Adoption fee can be refunded minus an admin fee (Minimum $250).
5. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work UNTIL date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current at their cost from date of adoption.
