Meet Shelly, a sweet and loving dog affectionately known by her fans as Smelly, Shelly Welly, Shell, and Baby. Shelly is the embodiment of joy and affection, showcasing an irresistible blend of her goofy, sweet personality wrapped in love and playfulness. As her foster family can attest, Shelly stepped seamlessly into their lives, revealing that she was indeed a precious find right from the start.

Shelly adores companionship and the love she gives back multiplies tenfold from what she receives. She's the perfect shadow, always ready to follow you with her delightfully waggly tail and a sense of contentment that radiates happiness. Whether snuggling in bed or enjoying a morning coffee under the table by your side, she cherishes every shared moment. Adventures are her forte, as she fits comfortably in the car, eagerly anticipating the next destination. While she can be a bit nervous with new sounds and smells, her curiosity is commendable, and with a gentle redirection, she becomes the best car companion one could ask for.

Shelly is wonderful with dogs both big and small, and she would thrive in a home with another playful and tolerant canine companion. She does not bark when left alone and loves getting into trouble when trusted not to. An intelligent girl, Shelly attends doggy daycare 1-2 times a week, where she learns rapidly and gets along famously with her furry playmates.

Shelly has learned to cherish the art of playtime with her newfound toys! Additionally, she's a quick learner, having mastered the art of sitting, paw-shaking, and even standing on her two hind legs ready for a new trick.

Although she's still learning to perfect her toilet habits outside, she thrives on encouragement and some human company at the moment. With more basic training, paired with the endless love she so willingly reciprocates, Shelly's heart is open to creating lasting memories in her forever home. Her potential is boundless, and she promises a life filled with love, laughter, and companionship for the lucky family that welcomes her.
