About Cheddar
Meet Cheddar—an irresistibly charming 8-month-old ginger tabby with the cutest splotchy feet you’ve ever seen.
Once a timid little guy, Cheddar has truly blossomed in foster care, growing into a curious and affectionate companion. Thanks to the love and dedication of his foster carer, he’s made great strides in his manners—working hard to resist the temptation of human food and learning to stay off counters.
Now, Chedz is all about connection. He loves to greet his people with enthusiasm and will gently hop into your hand for pets—or even your face for kisses!
He’s a snuggler on his own terms, whether that means curling up on your chest for a cozy nap or tucking in beside you for the night. With Cheddar by your side, you’re never short on love—or adorable moments.

Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven, with all proceeds going into saving animals and caring for them until they find loving homes.

Adoption details
Pets are not made available for adoption until they have been health checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for the prevention of fleas and worms. Their profiles indicate any special requirements & their location.
If the pet is listed as the Roseville location, they are at the SAFE Haven Rehoming Centre and can be visited 7 days a week between 10am and 4pm. If we think there is a match between your home & family you will be able to adopt on the spot.
If they are listed in another location they are in foster care so please call us on 0404 753 227 & we will arrange a meet and greet.
