About Gertrude
Meet Gertrude, a delightfully chaotic bundle of puppy energy with a wag that could power a small wind turbine. Surrendered with her littermates and raised in foster care, Gertrude is now ready to graduate from "tiny tornado" to "beloved family member." She's full of personality, opinions, and the kind of adorable mischief that makes you wonder why your socks are always missing. As a growing pup, she'll need committed humans who understand that puppies don't arrive pre-installed with good manners.
Gertrude is likely to chase anything that moves (including your shoelaces), so homes with cats or tiny humans will need to be savvy and ready for slow introductions. She's clever and curious, which means she needs more than just a daily walk-mental stimulation, puzzle toys, and training games will help her be her best self. Crate training, toilet training, and puppy school are a must. She'd love a canine sibling with a good sense of humor, but proper management and slow integration are key - this girl has opinions about who gets what toy. A secure yard is non-negotiable, and a commitment to her ongoing training is essential.
If you're ready to laugh, learn, and love, then Gertrude might just be your new best friend.
