Meet Moose, our delightful Bull Arab type mix, possibly sprinkled with a dash of Cattle Dog.
This handsome chap was recently saved from a rural country area, and he's been soaking up all the love and learning the good life has to offer.
Moose is, quite simply, a walking, wagging bundle of joy!
His tail, we swear, has its own independent happy-dance routine, and he absolutely melts into hugs like a puddle on a hot day. 🥰
If you're looking for a zoomie partner, he's definitely your guy!
He absolutely adores his foster sibling, and thrives with a canine companion.
His coat? Oh my goodness, it's the softest thing you'll ever feel – perfect for endless cuddles.
While he 'kinda' comes to his name (he's a work in progress) and has mastered a perfect 'sit' on command, his puppiness still gets the better of him sometimes.
He truly wants to be the goodest boy ever, but those happy-go-lucky puppy impulses are just too strong to resist sonetimes.
But bonus points - he's already house-trained.
Moose is also surprisingly protective for his age – very devoted to his people and his property, so you'll always feel safe with him by your side.
A Few Things Moose Supposes About His New Home:
Energetic Playmate Preferred! While friendly with other dogs, Moose is a high-energy lad who needs a playmate who can match his enthusiasm. A more reserved dog might find his boundless energy a little much.
Older Kids is Best: Because he's so wonderfully bouncy and exuberant, Moses would probably be best suited to a home without very young children who might be accidentally knocked over during a happy-tail dance.
Work in Progress: He's still very new to care and has a little work to do on his manners (things like impulse control and remembering what he shouldn't be doing!), but he's super eager to please and a quick learner.
Consistency and positive reinforcement will go a long way with this smart boy!

Health Status: Moose is a picture of health! He's already desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up-to-date with all his flea and worm treatments. He's also tested negative for heartworm.
Location: Moose is currently enjoying life in his wonderful foster home in Rocklea.
Adoption Fee: His adoption fee is $595.

How to Adopt: A Step-By-Step Guide:
1. Browse Our Selection: Visit our Animals page and use the menu to view the various pets we have available. Choose between cats and dogs to narrow your search.
2. Expression of Interest: Found a pet that captures your heart? Reach out to us for an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to initiate the process.
3. Patience is a Virtue: We meticulously review every EOI to ensure each animal goes to the right home. Thank you for your patience during this critical stage.
4. Meet Your Potential Pet: If your EOI is approved, we'll organise a Meet & Greet session. It’s a great opportunity for both you and the animal to see if it’s a perfect match.
5. Adoption Application & Home Review: If you're ready to move forward, you'll need to complete our adoption application and agree to a home review.
6. Review & Approval: Your application and home review will be assessed to guarantee a secure, loving environment for your potential pet.
7. Adoption Fee: Upon approval, you'll be required to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee. This fee directly supports our animal care efforts.
8. Welcome Home: Once the fee is processed, we'll coordinate the special day when you can bring your new pet home.
