Hello there, I'm Coco! I'm a handsome 3-year-old Wire Haired Dachshund mix gentleman who's looking for a loving home. I'm a rather social chap and get along well with my fellow canines, so a home with another dog would be perfect for me! I would thrive in a household with moderate energy, where someone is home most, if not all, of the time. Since I enjoy a steady routine and a calm environment, a family with older children (15+) might be the best fit for me. I do need an experienced owner who can provide me with the guidance I need to be my best self. I promise, with a little patience and understanding, I'll be the most loyal and loving companion you could ask for! Although I have no known history of issues with other pets, a meet and greet would be ideal just to make sure we all get along. I can't wait to find my forever home. Could it be with you?

Experienced Owner (at least had a dog previously of similar nature - fear/conflict beh)  May need female dog in home (appears to be prosocial and gains confidence with interacting with people with another dog present) Must meet all family (to gauge interactions with children of different ages) Best suited to a home with kids over 15yrs (due to nature) Inside/outside access but secure fencing
