About Garlic
Meet Garlic! Garlic is the biggest of his siblings was once reserved and would seek comfort amongst his brothers. It took Garlic a bit of time to warm up and trust his humans but soon enough, he became a cuddly and affectionate kitten with a strong independence and curious nature. Garlic loves to show his affection with a few sniffs and nose boops, and will immediately purr when he’s feeling comfortable and loved. While affectionate, Garlic will always involve himself in a good play and tumble with his brothers. His curious nature keeps him cheekily exploring and always eager to investigate new sights and sounds. Garlic hasn’t been exposed to other dogs or cats but due to how young and confident he is, we believe he will adapt well! Garlic’s sweet companionship and playful independence makes him the perfect family member. Garlic will need to remain indoors to keep him safe from outside dangers. Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
