About Oscar
Oscar is a stunning boy with a lot of potential. He was born into our care and adopted as a kitten, but was recently surrendered back to us as his owners felt their home was causing him too much anxiety.
He has lived with dogs since he was a kitten and loves their company, so a home with a small to medium sized, cat friendly dog would be ideal (but this isn't a necessity).
When he's relaxed he's a very affectionate and loving boy. But he is startled by loud noises and is scared of strangers, so a quiet home would be best.
He enjoyed having time outside, so he would love to have access to an outside enclosure. Somewhere he can enjoy the sun but is kept safe.
We'd really love for him to find a foster or forever home soon so he can blossom into the loving boy we know he can be.
Due to his anxiety he is medicated with fluoxetine, which he happily eats when mixed with his wet food.
Medical notes
Oscar has anxiety and currently has fluoxetine once a day.
