Tilly

Tilly is a pretty, intelligent and energetic Irish Wolfhound cross Catahoula. She has come from a loving home on acreage where the owners have had to regretfully surrender her due to downsizing. They wish for her to have the space she is used to that stimulates and makes her happy.
She demonstrates all the features of a sight and scent hound hence she is not compatible with cats, birds and pocket pets. She is however a 'people' dog and would thrive in a big family home with lots of love and attention.On this note she hates to be left alone so an owner who works from home, a retired couple and/or a male dog companion would assist her. This is a girl who loves and needs space, a large fenced area that she can explore, bury her bone collection and make her own. Tilly loves her walks & balls; she is good on a lead but she needs a strong hand to prevent her from boisterously introducing herself to other dogs. There are no problems health wise as she eats and sleeps well. Tilly is a lovable, obedient dog who just wants to please her owner/s and be by your side.
