About Molly
What can I say about beautiful, sweet Molly?
She has spent the majority of her life as a full-time employee at the abattoirs, and although she’s now seven and ready to leave full-time work behind her, she is still a very fit and active girl. She will need a home that can provide plenty of mental and physical stimulation.
Molly is well and truly past the silly puppy stage and has had all the hard work done for you. She has a good sit and recall, and a sweet, soft nature. When excited, she may sometimes put her paws up on you—but in a gentle manner, just like the rest of her personality. Being a working dog her whole life, Molly hasn’t spent much time on lead, so she’ll need gentle reminders not to pull.
Molly’s work style is more bark than arc and more arse than class, so she isn’t going to win any ribbons in the three-sheep arena—but she could still make a handy yard dog if needed, especially to fill a gap in a team while younger dogs come up the ranks. That being said, she is looking for a permanent home.
Molly is currently fostered with a large number of working Kelpies of all ages and genders and has no problems with any of them. She may occasionally lift her lip or growl if puppies are in her face (just normal dog language). Therefore, Molly could easily be homed with other dogs.
While in care, Molly has been around cats and small children with no issues. That being said, a loud, over-the-top household may overwhelm her.
Being a work dog all her life, Molly hasn't spent much time indoors so would need some boundaries put in place if she were to become an inside dog she would also do fine as an outside dog with a good warm kennel and a warm coat as she ages.
If Molly sounds right for you, we look forward to hearing from you.
Molly is located in VIC.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
