About Jolene
Jolene is the big girl of her litter, and she wears her title with pride. She and her siblings (Cowboy Carter and Dolly) came to us from a regional pound without their mum, fluey and fragile. Thanks to lots of care and love they are now happy, healthy and full of beans.
At first, we thought Jolene was simply a black cat, but as she’s grown, her beautiful smokey black coat has started to shine through, giving her a soft, unique look that’s just stunning.
Jolene is a total sweetheart who just can’t resist a cuddle. The second you touch her, she starts her motor and purrs away, happily soaking up all the pats, belly rubs and snuggles she can get. She’s also a little lovebug who gives kisses. She’ll boop her nose against your face for a sweet little smooch.
Gentle, affectionate and full of charm, Jolene is the perfect lap cat in the making. If you’re looking for a kitten who will shower you with love and always be up for a cuddle, Jolene is your girl.
Jolene would love to find a forever home with one of her siblings Cowboy Carter (M) or Dolly (F). Alternatively, she will need a home with a friendly resident cat for companionship.
Medical notes

Adoption details
All animals adopted through Out of the Woods Rescue are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea/worm treated and health-checked. We aim to match each animal with a home that suits their needs and personality.
Here’s how our adoption process works:
Submit an application – This helps us get to know you, your household and what you're looking for in a pet.
Phone chat – If your application looks like a potential fit, one of our team members will contact you for a casual phone conversation to answer questions and discuss the animal in more detail.
Meet and greet – You’ll meet the animal in their foster home or another agreed location. If everyone agrees it’s a good match, we can proceed to adoption.
Adoption paperwork and payment – Our adoption fees cover desexing, microchipping, vaccination and parasite treatment.
Once adopted, the animal becomes part of your family. We're still here for post-adoption support if you ever need any help.
We’re committed to ethical adoptions and reserve the right to decline applications if we feel the match isn’t in the best interest of the animal.
