About Poppy
Meet Poppy, a vivacious bundle of joy who will bring a playful spirit and boundless energy into your life. With her striking appearance, which we believe is a delightful mix of Fox Terrier and Kelpie, Poppy is not only a head-turner but also a charming companion with an abundance of personality. This excitable girl is filled with character and thrives in an environment where her dynamic nature is welcomed and appreciated.
She is wonderful with children and enjoys playing with dog-savvy cats, though she does get a kick out of a good chase if they decide to run. Poppy is best suited to an active household that can keep up with her zest for life and commit to ongoing training to help her shine as the incredible pup she is. A bit of guidance to hone her already impressive skills would make her the ideal pooch for a family always on the move, off to the park, beach, or hiking trails.
Poppy ideal home would have a canine friend for her to join. Her enthusiasm can be infectious, and having a buddy to share her adventures with would be a dream come true for this spirited girl. However, it’s important to note that Poppy experiences anxiety around pools and children when in the presence of one, so a pool-free household would be recommended, or a trial foster period in a home with a pool could help determine her comfort level.
If you're seeking a lively and affectionate furry family member with plenty of energy and a heart full of love, Poppy could be the perfect addition to your home. With her, be prepared for a life filled with fun, laughter, and a wagging tail that never stops!
