About Benny
Benny (aka Bagel) is a young pup with a gentle soul who’s come a long way since arriving in foster care.
Arriving into care Benny was timid and unsure, he’s slowly learning to trust and now loves nothing more than cuddles and belly rubs.
He adores his two foster dog brothers and would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to show him the ropes.
He’s also cat friendly - he does chase a bit but never with bad intentions.
Around young children Benny is incredibly gentle and loving, making him a perfect family companion.
Benny is learning his commands and knows how to sit and is toilet trained.
He is still learning the lead but is currently very hesitant.
Benny is still a puppy, so with a lot of love, he’ll blossom into the confident and loyal dog he’s meant to be.
Benny is looking for his forever home so he can be your sweet, soft-natured best friend.

Adoption details
- You contact us to obtain an adoption application and discuss the animal of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability. We will also ask for rental agreements or rates and photos of your home. Please also include photos of your fencing .
- A meet and greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and current dogs are arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a yard check, to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - we understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
- Payment of the adoption fee is made in one full payment. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records. Please note we do have contracts in place that must be signed.
- Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted to council and the adoption is officially finalised.
- For interstate adoptions- The adoptor must have a meet and greet with the animal they are adopting. We will not send an animal over without a meet. All transport costs including flights, will need to be paid in full by the adoptor.
- For cats, all adoptions take place at PETstock Tuggerah unless the profile states otherwise.
