Fran is a sweet, shy kitty who needs a calm and patient home to help her feel safe and secure. She may be timid at first in a new environment, but with time and gentle support, her playful and loving nature will shine through.

Fran thrives in a home set up with scratch posts, cat trees, cozy hiding spots like cardboard boxes or cat igloos, and access to high and low spaces such as shelves or dressers. These safe spaces help her feel confident and in control.

She's very cat-social and gains loads of confidence from other friendly felines, so a home with an existing cat (or two!) would be ideal. She may also do well with a calm, social dog if introductions are slow and supervised. Fran loves play therapy and interactive time with her humans.

Best suited to a home with teens who can read cat body language and respect her space.
