Leonie is a gentle and sensitive soul who needs a calm, patient home to truly thrive. She must start off in a small launch room to help her feel secure before exploring the rest of the house, as she can become overwhelmed in large open spaces.

Leonie gains a lot of confidence from other cats and would do well in a home with a friendly feline companion. She needs plenty of safe spaces throughout the home-scratch posts, cat trees, cardboard boxes, igloos, and access to high and low spots like shelves or dressers will help her feel comfortable.

An ideal adopter will be patient and understanding, giving Leonie the time she needs to settle in and show her sweet, true self. She would do best in a quiet home with teens who understand cat body language and know when to give her space.
