About Stevie
This scruffy bundle of joy is Stevie an 8-month-old Kelpie x Staghound.
Stevie loves humans and doesn't realise how big and bouncy she is. Therefore if she jumps up to kiss or hug you, she can be a bit overpowering for little kids, so is better suited for families with children older than 10.
Stevie has grown up with an older male Kelpie cross and gets along well with male dogs. She doesn't mind females, however, does take a little bit of space to get to know them before she is off and running around with them.
Stevie will happily come with you everywhere. She is the type of girl who would ride in the back of your Ute, and snuggle on the couch, once she's calmed down.
Stevie loves to run, chase, not great with fetch, however, will give you a good game of tug of war. She is also big on exploring new places, however wont wander to far if she loses sight of you.
Stevie would love to herd, her natural herding behaviours come out when she plays. Plus, she will stop any magpie from swooping as she loves to scare them off.
Stevie loves a good chat in the morning whilst waiting for her breakfast and is a very good guard dog, with a big bark to let anyone know if someone is around.
Just don't leave any food you don't want stolen lying around or to close to the edge of the bench, she will pinch it.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
