About Prince rsta013078
Meet Prince, a magnificent gentleman who embodies the quiet grace and elegance you'd expect from his royal name. With a demeanor as smooth as his coat, Prince is an indoor-only fellow who relishes the calm and cozy ambiance of home life.
Prince is a bit shy when he's introduced to new people or environments, and he takes his time to understand the world around him. But once he warms up, you'll discover a gentle soul who loves nothing more than curling up on your lap for a peaceful snooze. He prefers to keep all four paws on the ground, so he's not a fan of being picked up, but his fondness for a comfortable lap more than makes up for it.
This easy-going feline is the perfect companion if you're looking for a quiet, self-reliant friend who doesn't need constant attention. Whether you're working from home or just need a bit of personal time, Prince is happy to entertain himself, making him an ideal companion for those who appreciate the balance of affection and independence.
With excellent litter tray habits, all he asks is that it's kept clean to ensure he's happy and comfortable. Prince is suited for a household without children, dogs, or other cats, as he must be the sole recipient of your love and attention.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
