About Moonie
Moonie has known love before her life in the shelter - you can see it in the way she leans gently into a soft hand, or how her eyes still search the room for someone she can trust. But life has taken a hard turn for this sweet senior. After losing the only home she ever knew, Moonie found herself alone, confused, and unwell.
She was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism - a manageable condition, but one that requires specific diet and a bit of patience. Despite her age and her condition, Moonie still purrs when she's soaking up the love on a special humans lap, still kneads her little paws when tucked into a warm blanket, and still hopes that someone, somewhere, will see her and say, "You're not too old. You're perfect."
Moonie doesn't ask for much - a quiet home, a cozy corner, a gentle routine. In return, she offers the quietest kind of companionship: the soft presence of a soul who's known loss, but hasn't given up on love.
She has many years ahead of her, and she deserves for each one to count.
Will you be the one to give Moonie the peaceful life she deserves?
