Hi there, I’m Nova.

I’m a 4-month-old domestic short hair with the softest fur and a whole lot of love to give — once I know I can trust you. I’ve had a bit of a rocky start figuring out this whole “human” thing, so I’ve been a little unsure around people. But lately, something’s shifted. I’ve started to realise that hands can bring gentle pats, laps can be safe places, and voices can be kind.

Now, I’m becoming quite the smoochy girl. I’ll nuzzle into you, purr when I’m feeling comfy, and curl up near you when the world feels quiet. I just need a bit of time and patience to get there.

I’m looking for a calm, peaceful home with someone who understands cat behaviour and can read the little things I’m saying with my body. Loud noises and busy spaces still spook me, so I’d do best somewhere quiet where I can come out of my shell at my own pace. I promise — once I do, I’ll be your most loyal little shadow.
