About Zac *On Trial*
*zac is currently trialling his new home* meet little zac, he’s looking for a new home after misplacing his old one – will it be with you???
lovely boy zac was found wandering the streets of mildura underweight and in very poor condition and when noone claimed him sarg came to his rescue. Now zac is in foster care and has settled in well and this little sweetie enjoys hanging with his carers other dogs, playing a submissive role in the pecking order, and he’s not at all fazed by the households cats, choosing to stay out of their way, which isn’t such a bad thing! zac can be a little shy when you first meet him though he soon warms up and enjoys pats and attention – he’s turning out to be quite the little “lap-dog”!! his carers had to work on his housetraining as we don’t reckon he’s been an inside dog before but this little fella’s eager to learn so he’s picked it up quickly as well as learning to sit for treats and how to walk on a lead – he loves going for walks now!
handsome little zaccy-boy is quite low-maintenance only needing a short walk or a run around the backyard to use up his energy. Zac doesn’t shed much hair though he’ll require a good brush once a week and a clip a few times a year to keep his coat in tip-top condition. Secure fencing, chicken necks to chew on, toys to play with and lots of cuddles will make zac very happy indeed!
as he only weighs a few kilos zac’s a terrific “take anywhere” size dog who would enjoy an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to play with or on his own but only if he won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while he settles into his new home.
