About Audrey
💔 From Death Row to Dream Chaser – Audrey is Ready for Her Second Chance 💔
At just 1 year old, Audrey has already lived a life many couldn’t imagine. This brave English Staffy girl was rescued from a NSW council pound, where she had been placed on the euthanasia list, unwanted and out of time. But Audrey wasn’t done fighting — and thanks to some kind-hearted rescuers, she was given the chance to live.
Now, she’s not just surviving — she’s thriving.
Audrey is a strong, spirited, and playful young dog who’s discovering the joy of life for the first time. Her past has left her with a big personality and even bigger needs — she’s not for the faint-hearted, but for the right home, she’ll be the most loyal and loving companion you could ask for.
Audrey’s World:
🐾 Bold and energetic – Audrey is full of life and needs a home that embraces her strength and zest.
🐶 Must live with a male dog – She does best with a confident male companion.
🎾 Toy and fetch obsessed – She LOVES playtime and would chase a ball all day if you let her.
🚶♀️ Walks well on lead – She’s had some training but still needs consistency and boundaries.
🏡 Requires Colourbond fencing that has extensions or similar – Audrey can scale 1.8m fences from the ground, so a very secure yard is essential.
👨👩👧 She can get excited and jump – She’s best suited to older kids or experienced families who understand Staffies.
Though she arrived with a sore on her face from life on the streets, she’s now healthy, strong, and in peak condition at 18kg. She’s also had a litter in the past — now it’s her turn to be the one who’s cared for.
Audrey needs humans who are home often, an active lifestyle, and most importantly, people who will see past her tough exterior and love her fiercely for the survivor she is.
💥 Audrey is not just a rescue dog — she’s a story of hope, resilience, and the power of second chances. If you're ready to write her happy ending, she’s waiting.
