About Girlie
Girlie is a placid and friendly greyhound looking for a warm home to spend her golden years in.
Whilst she hasn’t been exposed to cats and other small animals, she is great with dogs of any size. She is also friendly with children of any age.
Her favourite activities are; sleeping with her humans on the couch, getting belly rubs after dinner and occasionally cuddling your shoes.
As long as she gets a walk once or twice a day she is happy to spend a few hours home alone snoozing the day away.
If you are looking for a loving, well behaved older grey then look no further than Girlie!

Adoption details
1) Please email hello@amazinggreys.com.au to receive our adoption application form. This form helps us learn more about you, your household and work commitments.
2) Once we received your application, Amazing Greys conducts an in person home check to make sure your home is secure and suitable for a greyhound.
3) Based on the home check, our adoptions team will suggest a suitable match for you*, and a meet and greet will be arranged with the foster home
4) After the meet and greet, should you decide to proceed the greyhound will be placed on a 3 week trial with you
5) At the completion of the trial period, our $400 fee will be due and the greyhound becomes an official member of your family!
Our team will keep in touch with you throughout the process and help you to settle in your new greyhound; but you will also have lifetime support, at any point post adoption our team can assist with referrals to qualified behaviourists and also providing resources and in home consultations where required.
*Where a suitable match is not available, you may be placed onto a wait list. Please note, we do not cat test and may refer applications with small animals to organisations that are able to assist with a placement
