I’m a sweet-natured Border Collie with a gentle heart and a whole lot of love to give. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend, I might just be your guy. I tend to bond closely with one special human, and once I do, I’ll be your shadow – your biggest fan, your quiet comfort, your forever companion.

I get along really well with other dogs, big or small – I’m a peaceful kind of pup. I’m not one to bark much (only if there’s really something to bark at), and I don’t go looking for ways to escape the yard. I just want to feel safe and be near my people.

Now, I’ll be honest… I’m still learning about the world. Sometimes I get a bit anxious, especially around loud noises, new people, or sudden movements. I might stop walking on the lead or hesitate getting in the car, and need a little carry or some gentle encouragement. But once I feel comfortable and know I’m safe, I’ll come to you for cuddles and comfort – you’ll be my safe place.

I’ve spent a bit of time inside while in foster care and I’ve been very well behaved (no accidents, I promise!). I’ve also been great around kids – I’m gentle and calm. One thing to note though – I do love to chew! Twigs, doormats, anything really. So a daily bone or chew toy would be amazing to keep me busy and happy.

I might be a little shy at first, but give me time and patience and you’ll see how truly special I am. I’m not just looking for a home – I’m looking for someone to love and trust for life.
