Hello there, I'm Barney! I'm a 5-year-old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier with a heart full of love. I'm looking for a forever home where someone is there most of the time because I just love company. I have a moderate lifestyle, so a nice walk or play in the backyard is perfect for me, I am currently on a weight loss journey, so I'll be bikini ready before next summer, maybe! Speaking of backyard, I'll need a secure outdoor access, like an enclosed backyard or enclosure attached to the home. I'd love to have my own space where I can stretch my legs, sniff around, and just be a dog! I don't have much history with other animals. So, I might need some time to adjust if there are other pets around, I can be quite social with other dogs while staying at the shelter and especially love the puppies! I will need an owner who has had dogs before and understand how they work and how to tell if they are uncomfortable, a staffy lover wouldn't be able to resist me, surely! I promise, with a little patience and lots of love, we can become the best of pals!. I can't wait to meet you and start our wonderful journey together. Could you be my forever family?
