Cleo is a very sweet and gentle girl who just needs a little time to feel safe. At first, she can be quite nervous around new people and environments, but with patience and understanding, she blossoms into an affectionate and loving companion. Once she knows you, Cleo is happy to be picked up and held, enjoying quiet cuddles on her own terms.

Because of her shy nature, Cleo would thrive in a calm, adult-only home (or one with older, quiet children). A busy household would likely overwhelm her, so she's looking for a peaceful space where she can feel secure. A hiding spot-like a cozy nook or covered bed-would be ideal for when life feels a bit too much.

Cleo has lived with other cats before and would benefit from a friendly, social feline companion to help her feel more at ease. She will need to start off in a launch room while she adjusts, and will require a patient adopter who can give her the time and encouragement she needs to come out of her shell.
