Thunder

Thunder is a 12 month old Kelpie x who might be small in size but makes up for it in personality! This pocket rocket weighs in at just 12kg, so we suspect she is crossed with something small like a Jack Russell.

She is incredibly smart and doing super well with her training. She has the kelpie desire to please and listens well to verbal commands. With ongoing training, she will become an incredible companion.

Thunder gets on well with other dogs and enjoys being around people. Her foster carers call her a little mountain goat as she loves to jump onto things and when excited, will literally bounce around like she has springs in her legs! It’s very funny to watch! Because of this she is not recommended for those (young or older) who may get knocked over easily, while she continues to learn how to better direct her excitement. Although she loves to jump, she has not tried to jump any fences or gates, some only 1m high - so this is not a worry. She is currently an outdoors dog but has had some short stints indoors.

She is like sunshine in dog form and just radiates happiness all of the time. The person or family who adopts Thunder will be so very lucky 🥰
