🐾 Personality:
Percy is a border collie x husky. He is a sweet boy who thrives off making his people happy. He loves playtime, training & pats & belly scratches from his people. He loves running around with his toys & squeaking them. He enjoys going for car rides with his furry foster sister & trips to the beach. He knows when it's time to settle & at the end of the day he loves to curl up on his bed or next to you for pats. He is fine when left in the yard with his furry foster sibling for long periods, usually only alert barking when neighbourhood dogs start to bark.
Percy needs slow introductions when meeting new people but warms quickly to you (especially if you have treats or a dog with you). Once he knows you're his person and settles into his home (within a day) he is SO loyal, cuddly & full of personality. He absolutely adores other dogs & eager to meet other dogs on walks. He’s been in care with both male & female dogs & loves everyone. He follows their lead & relies on them to navigate new situations, so he must go to a home with a confident & friendly dog.
🎓 Training:
Percy is super clever & food motivated making him easy to train. He knows how to sit, stay, wait for his food & is working on his recall (which is easy because he never strays far from you or your dog). He is housetrained & sleeps all through the night in his crate. He is working on his confidence on walks & responds well to redirection. He is an overall good boy who thrives off routine & is looking for a patient home to allow him the time he needs to settle in to his new home & continue his socialisation & training.
🏠 Perfect Home:
Percy loves his people and would suit a home with someone who has the time to spend with him & can include him in their everyday lives. He must go to a home with another dog to show him the ropes & help build his confidence. A perfect day for Percy includes zoomies after breakfast, a quiet walk for socialisation and some training with play & naps throughout the day. At the end of the day he loves to curl up on his bed near you for pats & cuddles.

Medical notes
The desexing procedure is typically performed once the puppies reach a minimum age of 24 weeks. It is a mandatory requirement that all puppies are desexed by the age of 26 weeks, unless there is written veterinary advice indicating otherwise. A contractual agreement specifying the commitment to desexing by the specified due date is required for completion.
Upon submission of documented evidence confirming the desexing procedure, a refund of $250 will be issued, and ownership transfer will be facilitated. Ownership transfer will not be processed until valid proof of desexing is provided via email.
It is important to note that all our dogs and puppies undergo microchipping, vaccination, and receive preventive measures against parasites as part of our standard practices.

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
