Meet Nuzz, a gorgeous black beauty with a heart as warm as her fur is sleek.

Snuggly and loving, Nuzz adores curling up with her humans for long, cozy snoozes. She’s delightfully chirpy—always ready to greet you with a sweet meow and a soft head bump.

Playful and curious, Nuzz has a hilarious obsession with carrots, goes wild for catnip, and insists on sipping water straight from the tap like the queen she is.

Nuzz was well loved by her previous owners but sadly they found themselves no longer in a position to give her the life she deserved so they made the tough decision to reach out to us to find her a new home.

She comes from a loving home and has a LOT of love to give.

If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion with a playful streak and a purring motor that never quits, Nuzz is the perfect match.

Nuzz is approximately 12 years old and has been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.

A little about us:

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.

Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.

We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
