About Henry
Henry is a bright and bouncy German Shepherd puppy who's ready to find his forever home!
Like all puppies, Henry is learning the ropes - including toilet training, socialisation, and building up his confidence with being alone. At this age, he'll need a home where someone is around more often than not to help him gradually grow his independence, or a home with another friendly dog who can keep him company and show him the ropes.
Henry will grow into a large, athletic and intelligent dog, and he'll thrive in a home that can provide him with daily walks, plenty of enrichment, and consistent training. Because of his breed and future needs, Henry would be best suited to someone with working dog experience, rather than a first-time pet owner.
His adoption comes with a 5-week Puppy School course, held Saturday mornings at our Craigieburn shelter, as well as a bag of Hill's Large Breed Puppy food to help him get the best start in life.
If you're ready for a loyal, loving companion and the rewarding challenge of raising a working-breed puppy, Henry might be your perfect match.
