About Winnie Harlow
Meet Winnie - The Sweetest Little Wiggly Worm! đŸ
At just 11 months old, our darling Kelpie girl Winnie has already had quite the journey, finding herself surrendered and in need of a fresh start. But with her gentle spirit, soulful eyes, and slinky enthusiasm, she's more than ready to write her next chapter-with you.
Winnie is a sweet-natured young pup with a whole lot of love to give. Though still learning the ropes and working on her confidence, she's full of potential and ready to bloom in a home that understands her gentle heart. A patient and supportive family will help this bright little starlet truly shine.
She would thrive best in a quieter home, ideally with older children (if any), who can give her the calm, consistent attention she needs to feel safe and loved. Winnie is friendly with other dogs but prefers calm canine companions who respect her space and social cues-she's still learning the art of doggy interaction.
True to her Kelpie nature, Winnie is clever, curious, and adores meeting new people-greeting everyone with the joyful wiggle of a slinky and a heart full of hope. Once she bonds with you, she'll be your loyal shadow, always ready for a cuddle, a quiet moment, or an adventure by your side.
If you're looking for a kind, quirky, and completely lovable companion to grow with, Winnie is waiting to wiggle her way into your heart-and stay there forever.
Could you be the one to give Winnie the forever home she's been dreaming of?

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
