About Geneviève
Meet Genevieve - A French Masterpiece in Motion 🇫🇷🐾
Say bonjour to Genevieve, our 12-month-old French Bulldog with a face that could launch a thousand belly rubs! With eyes as big and expressive as her little heart, she's a petite powerhouse packed into a squishy, snorty, utterly irresistible frame. She's not just gorgeous-she's revolutionary. A true mademoiselle on a mission!
Genevieve comes with a "go and get 'em" attitude that could inspire a second French Revolution-one full of treats, tail wags, and snuggles. She's confident, curious, and ready to charm her way into your life and onto your couch.
This darling diva is well-suited for most living situations, whether you're city-based or enjoying the countryside. She's social with other dogs and would be happy to share her home with a well-matched canine companion. She thrives around balanced, friendly dogs who enjoy a bit of play and a lot of nap time. Genevieve would also do wonderfully in a home with dog-savvy, calm children who can match her energy and respect her space.
She's got a whole lot of love to give and adores being the center of attention.
Want a dog who's got both flair and fire? A feminine force of nature wrapped in velvet fur? Then Genevieve might just be your girl. She's a sweetheart who dreams of being painted like one of those French girls (yes, like in Titanic-cue dramatic paw pose on a chaise longue).
If you're ready to welcome a little revolution-and a whole lot of love-into your life, Genevieve is ready to oui oui her way into your heart.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
